Law, Ireland, Biography, James C Brady 

In the course of an academic career spanning more than thirty years, the late James C Brady, Professor of Equity and Property Law at University College Dublin, was a seminal figure for generations of law students and practitioners alike. This collection of his essays, to honour his memory, is written by a team of distinguished scholars and practitioners - friends contemporaries and colleagues. Covering areas such as land law, succession and trust law to the development of law and equity, contributions reflect the diverse areas of law that were close to his heart and mind.
